Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, AI, and advanced analytics with Python and modern ML frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies (Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) delivering AI-driven solutions.
• 3+ years applying statistical modeling, predictive analytics, experimentation, and large-scale data analysis with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML/AI solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Lead intelligent agent solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
• Build predictive models for customer behavior, lead scoring, churn, and service optimization.
• Collaborate with CRM, sales, service, and marketing to define AI use cases and success criteria.
• Develop generative AI solutions and enterprise AI architectures; implement governance and security practices.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executives; mentor developers.
