Deloitte France is seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud specialist to lead eCommerce initiatives for DTC and B2B clients. You will run discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and collaborate with architects to deliver long-term solutions.

You will define roadmaps, socialize requirements, and ensure best-practice adoption across Salesforce platforms. A strong client-facing and project-lead capability is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 3+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (with catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups).
• 3+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops; creating design docs and user stories.
• 1+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery (GenAI for notes, requirements, tests).
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery workshops on-site or remotely with clients.
• Assess client requirements and propose functional solutions on Salesforce platforms.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations clearly to clients.
• Identify process pain points and gaps; draft roadmaps and socialise them.
• Drive functional requirements and promote eCommerce best practice adoption.
• Author and review functional specs and user stories for large projects.
