Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.
• 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce including catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, and buyer groups.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating functional discovery workshops.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodology.
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery using GenAI tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely.
• Assess client requirements and provide long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations effectively.
• Identify client pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practices.
• Author and review functional specifications and user stories.
