Deloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud specialist to lead discovery workshops, define requirements, and design long-term functional solutions for eCommerce projects. You will collaborate with architects, drive standards, and socialize roadmaps to ensure value realization for clients.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, GenAI-enabled storytelling, and strong client communication, with travel up to 50% and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience.
• 2+ years Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 1+ year configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning/Core): catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups.
• 1+ year facilitating functional discovery workshops; create user stories, design docs, flows, test scripts.
• 1+ year Agile delivery and end-to-end implementation.
• Experience with GenAI in delivery for user stories, meeting notes, requirements docs, or tests.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, onsite and remote.
• Assess client requirements and provide long-term functional solutions with Architect/Lead.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients.
• Identify client pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption.
• Author and review functional specs and user stories for implementations.
