Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud professional to lead and design eCommerce solutions for diverse clients in the US market. You will run discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and guide delivery across catalogs, promotions, and entitlements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 1+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce including catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, and buyer groups.
• 1+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops and creating design documents.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
• Exposure to AI-driven work in delivery (GenAI tools).
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely.
• Assess client requirements and collaborate with Technical Architect/Lead for long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients.
• Identify client pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and best practice adoption.
• Author and review functional specs and user stories for implementations and large projects.
