Job summary

Deloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team in the United States is seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud specialist to lead and deliver large eCommerce projects for both D2C and B2B clients.

You will run discovery workshops, translate client requirements into functional designs, configure Salesforce B2B Commerce, and mentor teams while working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with up to 50% travel. Strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
• 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning Experience or Salesforce Core) including catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, and buyer groups
• 3+ years of experience facilitating functional discovery workshops; creating functional design documents, user stories, process flows, and test scripts
• 1+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodology and end-to-end implementation delivery
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery (GenAI tools for user story development, meeting notes, requirements documentation, or test case generation)
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
• Assess client business requirements and work with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on Salesforce platform best practices
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
• Author and review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects
