Job summary

Deloitte helps clients accelerate growth through innovative ecommerce strategies, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, and AI-enabled delivery. You will lead workshops, translate client needs into functional designs, and drive end-to-end ecommerce implementations with a cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple streams in a fast-paced professional services environment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 3+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups).
• 3+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops and creating design docs, user stories, flows and test scripts.
• 1+ years Agile delivery experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven delivery (GenAI tools) in requirement docs or notes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops on-site and remotely.
• Assess client requirements and work with the Technical Architect/Lead for long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients.
• Identify pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and ecommerce best practice adoption.
• Author and review functional specs and user stories for implementations.
