Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Consultant to lead end-to-end eCommerce delivery for US clients, blending business analysis, platform configuration and client engagement. You will translate complex needs into Salesforce solutions and drive value across initiatives.

You’ll run discovery workshops, document functional designs and user stories, mentor teams, and collaborate with architects in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 3+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups).
• 3+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops; create design docs and user stories.
• 1+ years Agile delivery and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Exposure to GenAI tools for requirements, notes, or test generation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, on-site or remote.
• Assess client requirements and provide long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations effectively.
• Identify pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practices.
• Author and review functional specs and user stories.
