Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team is seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce expert to drive complex eCommerce solutions for US clients. You will lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and guide end-to-end delivery with GenAI-enabled insights.

With 7+ years in IT and 4+ years in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, you will shape roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 50% to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud experience.
• 3+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (on Lightning Experience or B2B Commerce on Salesforce Core) including catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, and buyer groups.
• 3+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops. Create functional design documents, user stories, process flows, and test scripts.
• 1+ years of Agile delivery methodology and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery (GenAI tools for user story development, meeting notes, requirements documentation, or test case generation).
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Aufgaben

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely.
• Assess client business requirements and work with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively.
• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption.
• Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects.
