Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud specialist to help clients design and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions across B2B channels. You will lead workshops and translate business needs into technical designs, collaborating with architects and delivery teams.

The role requires extensive SFCC experience, agile delivery, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You’ll work within Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team to drive value through modern

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud experience.
• 3+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups).
• 3+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops.
• 1+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven delivery with GenAI tools for user stories, notes, requirements, or test cases.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops on-site and remotely.
• Assess client requirements and work with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients.
• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption.
• Author & review functional specifications and user stories for implementations.
