Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud specialist to lead eCommerce initiatives for clients, shaping requirements, workshops, and end-to-end delivery. Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 3+ years configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (Catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups).
• 3+ years facilitating functional discovery workshops.
• 1+ years of Agile delivery and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery (GenAI for user stories, notes, requirements).
• Ability to travel up to 50% (depends on client needs).
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, on-site and remote.
• Assess client requirements and provide long-term functional solutions with Architect/Lead guidance.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations effectively to clients.
• Identify process pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best-practice adoption.
• Author and review functional specs, user stories for implementations.
