Higgsfield AI is opening a brand-new San Francisco office, and we’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to bring it to life. You’ll own day-to-day workplace experience, create a welcoming, high-energy office, and act as the face of the space for employees, candidates, guests, vendors, and partners.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who loves delivering great experiences, moves quickly, and anticipates what needs to be done.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, People Operations, facilities, or similar.
• Ability to independently run a fast-moving office with ownership.
• Hospitality mindset and passion for employee/guest experience.
• Experience managing vendors, workplace programs, events, onboarding logistics, and office operations.
• Excellent organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own daily operations for the new San Francisco office, keeping it organized, functional, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Serve as the face of the office for employees, candidates, guests, vendors, and partners.
• Own the workplace experience across reception, conference rooms, kitchens, food and beverage, supplies, mail, and employee amenities.
• Manage workplace vendors including catering, janitorial, maintenance, building management, and office services.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities to create a seamless new-hire and employee experience.
• Coordinate desks, office access, seating changes, furniture, shipments, repairs, and other workplace needs.
• Bring the office to life through team lunches, celebrations, events, all-hands, and candidate visits.
• Build simple, scalable workplace processes and proactively solve issues before they impact the team.
• Support site safety, emergency readiness, and building-related needs.
