Job summary

Higgsfield AI is expanding with a brand-new San Francisco office, seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day experience and help create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

You will lead operations, partner with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities, and ensure a smooth new-hire and employee experience. This hybrid SF role requires onsite presence three days a week and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, People Operations, facilities, or a similar role.
• Ability to independently run a fast‑moving office.
• A hospitality mindset and genuine excitement about creating an exceptional employee and guest experience.
• Experience managing vendors, workplace programs, events, onboarding logistics, and office operations.
• Excellent organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own daily operations for our new San Francisco office, keeping it organized, functional, stocked, and guest‑ready.
• Serve as the face of the office for employees, candidates, guests, vendors, and partners.
• Own the workplace experience across reception, conference rooms, kitchens, food and beverage, supplies, mail, and employee amenities.
• Manage workplace vendors, including catering, janitorial, maintenance, building management, and office services.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities to create a seamless new-hire and employee experience.
• Coordinate desks, office access, seating changes, furniture, shipments, repairs, and other workplace needs.
• Bring the office to life through team lunches, celebrations, events, all‑hands, and candidate visits.
• Build simple, scalable workplace processes and proactively solve issues before they impact the team.
• Support site safety, emergency readiness, and building‑related needs.

• Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office at least three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone.
