Qualifications

• 2–3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience in startups or tech.
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Ability to self-manage and deliver results remotely with strong organization.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the San Francisco talent market and local channels.
• Willingness to attend SF in-person career events bi-weekly.
