Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to source and secure top talent for a fast-growing startup. Based remotely, you’ll leverage headhunting and networks to build a strong candidate pipeline while staying connected to San Francisco events.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, advise hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and demonstrate high autonomy. You’ll also represent the team at SF career fairs every two weeks, ensuring a strong employer brand in the local tech scene.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting.
• Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
• Deep familiarity with the San Francisco talent market and local recruiting channels.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive amidst shifting priorities and fast-paced demands.
• Demonstrated commitment to attending and actively participating in in-person career events in San Francisco.
