Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Recruiter in San Francisco to scale a fast-growing startup’s hiring. This role is remote-friendly and involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive end-to-end recruitment.

You will source top talent, manage the recruitment pipeline from outreach to offer, and promote our employer brand across distributed teams. Authorization to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably within startup or tech environments.
• Proven success in sourcing and closing talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to thrive in fully remote roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
