Job summary

Career Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to be the primary onsite IT resource in San Francisco, delivering proactive troubleshooting and end-to-end support for a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage incidents, and collaborate with a global ICT team to ensure seamless technology for employees across the firm. Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in help desk or desktop support.
Proficient with Windows and macOS environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange and cloud productivity tools.
Familiarity with ITIL and service desk platforms.
Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support for San Francisco office plus remote help for US/international offices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity issues.
Manage incidents in ICT Service Desk and communicate updates.
Support meeting room tech and AV equipment.
Configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other end-user hardware.
Assist with cloud-based systems including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange.
