Job summary

Metaview is hiring its first dedicated Mid‑Market Sales Manager in San Francisco. You will own revenue, people, and performance for the Mid‑Market segment, reporting to the VP of Sales. The role builds on an established playbook with fast growth and a high‑agency team.

You’ll recruit, onboard, and develop quota‑carrying AEs, drive pipeline generation, use MEDDPICC to qualify deals, and collaborate across sales enablement and PMM to turn training into daily practice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading quota‑carrying sales teams in high‑velocity environments.
• Ability to identify, attract and develop top AE talent and coach deals in real time.
• Experience maintaining pipeline quality and MEDDPICC qualification while enabling reps to own their work.

Responsibilities

• Own Mid‑Market quota, revenue, and segment forecast in San Francisco.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Mid‑Market AEs; partner with Recruiting to fill roles.
• Reinforce pipeline standards and MEDDPICC; adapt the playbook to team needs.
• Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting cadence, and reporting to track performance.
• Coach reps on live deals and collaborate with enablement and PMM to embed best practices.
