Job summary

Crown Point Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager for NASA SEWP VI and Inside Sales. The role oversees SEWP VI performance, compliance, and the build-out of CPS Inside Sales, reporting to executive leadership. Location is San Diego with remote work optional; travel ~5%.

The candidate will drive revenue growth, manage OEM/distributor relationships, and ensure timely, compliant quotes and program reporting while leading a high-visibility, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of federal government contracting, technology sales, program management, or sales operations.
• 3+ years of direct personnel management or sales-team leadership.
• Experience supporting federal government customers.
• Knowledge of federal procurement and government contract vehicles.
• Experience RFQs, quotations, opportunities, or government orders.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• CRM and sales-process automation experience.
• DoD security clearance preferred / active clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEWP VI program management and compliance.
• Develop SEWP VI growth plan and relationships with OEMs/distributors.
• Build and lead the CPS Inside Sales organization.
• Coach Inside Sales team and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Ensure contract reporting accuracy and timeliness; manage RFQ/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with HR, Contracts, Purchasing, and Operations for compliant proposals.
