Job summary

Braxton-Grant Technologies, Inc. is seeking a SEWP Program Manager to lead the NASA SEWP VI contract from Hanover, MD. You will oversee program delivery, governance, reporting, and partnerships with customers, OEMs, distributors, and subcontractors to maximize contract utilization and growth.

The role emphasizes FAR/SEWP compliance, task/order delivery, and coordination with contracts, finance, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely, accurate performance and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in federal IT contract management, program management, acquisition support, or procurement.
• Demonstrated success managing or supporting a multi-award GWAC or IDIQ.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with federal customers, OEMs, distributors, subcontractors, and teaming partners.
• Strong understanding of FAR and government contracting processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and ongoing execution of the NASA SEWP VI contract, establishing operational processes, governance, reporting structures, and internal workflows.
• Serve as primary point of contact for NASA SEWP PMO, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, SEWP policies and procedures, FAR, and applicable regulations.
• Direct program performance to maintain Excellent ratings across SEWP evaluation categories.
• Oversee fulfillment of task and delivery orders with timely delivery and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with federal customers, OEMs, distributors, teaming partners to expand contract utilization.
• Analyze contract activity, sales metrics, and PMO reporting to identify growth opportunities.
