TRIGENT SOLUTIONS INC seeks a SEWP Program Manager to own day-to-day execution, compliance and growth of NASA SEWP VI contracts. The role is on-site in Chantilly, Virginia, with a start date around November 1, 2026, and involves PM/Deputy PM responsibilities across prime and JV contract holders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the SEWP PMO, managing CHOP access, and ensuring contract compliance, pricing, and reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years in federal IT contract or program management.
• 3+ years working directly on NASA SEWP V as PM, DPM, contracts manager or SEWP operations lead.
• Experience with SEWP Contract Holder portal, QRT quoting, Technology Refresh submissions and SCN processing.
• Track record of keeping Contract Holder at Green/Blue Program Performance and handling PMO correspondence.
• On-site work at Chantilly, VA; U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work for federal customers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the named PM (or DPM) of record with the SEWP PMO; acknowledge all Program Performance notices within 1 business day.
• Attend SEWP Program Manager meetings or send a representative; missed meetings affect status.
• Administer the CHOP: staff registration, access and reporting roles; maintain JV-specific email domain(s).
• Notify PMO of PM/DPM changes; keep two named contacts listed.
• Maintain two SEWP websites, each with a downloadable ordering guide, updated within 10 business days of contract modification.
