Job summary

FloWorks seeks a technical sales professional to respond to customer needs with Severe Service Specialists products. You will maintain high service levels, build relationships, and expand business in your territory while meeting sales quotas and margin objectives.

You will coordinate with outside sales and other departments, provide technical solutions, prepare quotes, and train customers. Strong engineering background and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• 2+ years in technical customer support and/or troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• 2+ years in-plant operations experience and knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read financials and operations.
• Clear written and verbal communication as the company face to customers.
• Proven ability to produce reports and presentations per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and solutions for valve configurations and proposals.
• Engage with outside sales to support customers and projects.
• Perform pre-sale and post-sale technical support and training.
• Prepare bids, quotes, and system sketches; track quotations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with shop to ensure on-time order shipment.
• Maintain product knowledge and support continuous improvement.
