Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technical sales or application engineering within industrial flow control.
• Experience with control valves, severe-service valves, or valve actuation systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct commercial sales growth for petrochemical, refining, and chemical facilities across Greater Houston.
• Deliver technical consultation on valve sizing, severe-service trim, cavitation control, and noise mitigation.
• Develop persuasive quotations using sizing tools to win high-margin orders.
• Coordinate with plant reliability and turnaround teams for outages and retrofits.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with instrumentation engineers and procurement leaders.
• Mentor junior sales engineers and internal application engineers.
