Job summary

Triple S Flotech, a FloWorks subsidiary in Houston, seeks a proven sales consultant to promote Severe Service Specialists products, meet sales targets, and grow revenue in the chemical and energy sectors. Responsibilities include on-site visits, prospecting, bids, and maintaining partnerships across end-users and resellers.

Hybrid office role with regular customer visits; requires 10+ years in power/downstream oil & gas, POS/consultative selling, and strong understanding of customer needs.

Qualifications

• Power/Downstream O&G industry experience required.
• POS system or consultative selling experience required.
• Knowledge of customer business needs and Severe Service Specialists product line desired.
• Minimum 10 years of experience; certification required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site customer visits with new and existing customers; manages sales volume.
• Forecasts, prospects, and bids for new business; expands customer base.
• Maintains and grows relationships with key decision makers and influencers across the organization.
• Shares market and competitor information with applicable channels; builds partnerships.
• Coordinates with customers, vendors, and A/R to resolve issues.
• Identifies customer product needs and coordinates orders execution.
• May conduct negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Mentors associates as needed.
