Job summary

Cherry Creek Schools seeks a dedicated paraeducator to support students with severe special education needs under licensed staff supervision. You will assist with curriculum delivery, skill development, behavior strategies, and assignment completion to help students achieve progress.

The role includes preparing instructional materials, monitoring progress, and maintaining records. In remote settings, you’ll aid with technology and coursework, including IEP-based accommodations and transition

Qualifications

• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma required or equivalent.
• Ability to work one-on-one and in small groups with students.
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum for individual needs.
• Monitor student progress and maintain achievement records.
• Provide technical physical care and help maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
• Support online learning with technology access and curriculum reinforcement.
• Assist with attendance, materials prep, tests, and class events as needed.
