Cherry Creek Schools seeks a dedicated Severe Needs Para Educator to assist students with high-need special education requirements under licensed staff supervision. You will support individuals and small groups with curriculum, behavior strategies, and assignment completion, while maintaining progress records and a safe learning environment.

In remote settings, you will assist with technology access, curriculum reinforcement, executive functioning, and coursework completion.

Formación

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; State required background checks.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to modify curriculum for diverse learners and work with licensed staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum to individual needs.
• Maintain records of student progress and behavior with licensed staff.
• Provide technical physical care and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Support online learning and assist with technology access and assignments.
• Support IEP accommodations and reporting to IEP team.
