Job summary

Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers is seeking a detail-driven professional to support our Strategic Operations Team Lead, paralegals, and attorneys by maintaining organized electronic case files throughout litigation and ensuring timely disbursements at case conclusion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, team-oriented, and an effective communicator with internal legal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience in a client-facing legal role preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic case files throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and precise disbursals at case conclusion.
• Verify lien activity, balance verifications, and settlement documents are saved before disbursement.
• Prepare files for readiness and coordinate with the settlement team.
• Communicate with case handlers to obtain missing information or documentation.
