Job summary

Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers is expanding its Strategic Operations team and seeks a detail-driven professional to support paralegals and attorneys. The role centers on maintaining accurate electronic case files and ensuring timely, precise disbursements at the end of a case.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, upholding confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience in a client-facing legal role preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic case files throughout the litigation process.
• Ensure timely and precise disbursements at case conclusion.
• Coordinate with internal legal teams and external vendors.
• Protect confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Communicate effectively with case handlers to obtain missing information.
