Laborde Earles is seeking a detailed, organized professional to support its Strategic Operations Team Lead, paralegals, and attorneys in managing electronic case files and ensuring accurate disbursements at case closure. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors with excellent communication and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes readiness reviews, documentation accuracy, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience in client-facing legal roles preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify lien activity, balance verifications, and settlement documents before disbursement.
• Ensure liens and statements are saved in the case file.
• Coordinate with case team and paralegal to keep files current and ready for disbursement.
• Escalate delays or missing items to supervisors as needed.
