Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers is expanding its Strategic Operations Team to ensure every settled matter is complete, accurate, and fully documented prior to disbursement.

The role supports paralegals and attorneys by maintaining electronic case files, verifying liens, balance verifications, and preparing disbursements with precision. Excellent communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience working in client-facing legal role preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic case files throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and precise disbursements at conclusion of cases.
• Coordinate with paralegals, attorneys and external vendors with clear communication.
• Verify lien activity and settlement documentation before disbursement.
• Keep files up to date with current documents and lien updates.
• Notify the settlements team when files are ready for disbursement.
• Escalate delays or missing items to the case team or supervisor as needed.
