Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers is seeking a detail‑driven professional to support the Strategic Operations Team Lead, paralegals, and attorneys by maintaining accurate electronic case files and ensuring timely disbursements at case conclusions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, team-oriented, and an effective communicator with internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and confidentiality is a core value of our practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience in client-facing legal role preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic case files throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and precise disbursements at case conclusion.
• Verify lien activity, balance verifications, and settlement documents before disbursement.
• Upload and organize settlement and disbursal documents prior to readiness review.
• Coordinate with case team and paralegal to ensure complete materials for client disbursements.
