Job summary

Velaz Solar is seeking a results-driven Solar Field Operations Manager to lead a door-knock team and drive sales performance in New Jersey. You will oversee day-to-day operations, training, and coaching to ensure targets are met while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer engagement.

You will recruit and mentor a team of door knockers, develop strategies to beat KPIs, and collaborate with solar consultants to optimize lead flow and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar door-to-door (D2D) sales.
• Proven experience in sales management or team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Field Operations Manager to lead and inspire our team of door knockers. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar door-to-door (D2D) sales
• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Base Pay: Guaranteed $750 per week
• Commissions: Leadership Compensation - Velaz Solar
• Office Manager: Average $5,250 - $10,500/month Includes performance bonuses, and overrides on solar & roofing installs based on team results and production.
• Team Leader: Average $2,500/month base Includes performance bonuses, and overrides on solar & roofing installs based on team results and production.
