Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience or equivalent training.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and communicate clearly.

• Attention to detail and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to support production.
• Operate production machines independently and perform set-up without assistance.
• Cycle through programs to obtain first article on multiple machine types.
• Collaborate with technicians and operators to improve processes.
• Follow quality, environmental, and safety policies.
• Assist with training of associates as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and productivity.
