Job summary

EHOB, Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a production associate to safely operate manufacturing equipment and support EHOB’s production goals.

You will follow ISO procedures, interpret blueprints and work instructions, and assist in tool installation, verification, and adjustments. The role requires a high school diploma, strong physical stamina, good communication, and the ability to work as part of a team, including flexible hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job description

PurposeAssists in all phases of EHOB production by performing the following duties.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Implements and follows ISO procedures.• Assists in the training of new EHOB associates and keeps production area clean.• Follows all safety procedures. Performs tool installation, verification, adjustments, and removal.• Other duties as assigned.Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning AbilityAbility to think through complex situations to troubleshoot equipment and tooling. Ability to deal with standardized situations with complex variables.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work order systems.Able to lift heavy objects using hoists, hand trucks conveyors and/or lifting equipment.Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a group or individual setting. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions well.
