Job summary

EHOB is seeking a general labor associate to support production at our Indianapolis facility. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining safety standards, and assisting in training new team members in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be capable of following detailed work instructions, reading blueprints and manuals, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to think through complex situations to troubleshoot equipment and tooling. Ability to deal with standardized situations with complex variables.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work order systems.
  • Able to lift heavy objects using hoists, hand trucks conveyors and/or lifting equipment.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a group or individual setting. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions well. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays on demand.
  • Interpret blueprints, manuals and other work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production tooling.
  • Work without direct supervision.
  • Able to effectively use tools and measuring equipment.
