Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60/90 credit hours may substitute for experience.
• Minimum 18 months of ESS processing experience as Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist I/II.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialists; motivate, train and evaluate performance; plan and direct work.
• Lead team to enhance customer service and agency goals; communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge of ACCESS programs, interviewing techniques and data analysis in daily operations.
