The Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Diet Aide I, II, III and storeroom techs as shown on department organization chart.

Is responsible for opening closing the department, completion of all required quality control and performance improvement forms, orientation, training and evaluation of personnel, balanced redistribution of work within daily work force, meeting established service times, department sanitation and standards of practice and pertinent information to staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and working knowledge of standard practices.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of Diet Aide I, II, III and storeroom techs.
• Open and close the department and ensure daily service times.
• Complete quality control and performance improvement forms.
• Orient, train and evaluate staff; redistribute workload to maintain morale.
• Ensure department sanitation and adherence to standards of practice.
