Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS or 8 years of related experience substituted for degree.
• 5+ years in systems administration and/or software QA.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office Suite; troubleshooting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Administer multi-user servicing systems, evaluate solutions, coordinate installs and security monitoring.
• Direct System Analysts; resolve complex servicing system challenges and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate year-end processing, compliance updates, and staff training; develop reports for leadership.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, policies, standards, and procedures.
