This opportunity is part of the Mortgage Servicing Department and plays an important role in supporting the department's systems, reporting, data analytics, training, and operational efficiency. The Servicing Systems Manager provides professional technical systems and data analytics administration while independently coordinating system functions and applying sound judgment, initiative, and decision-making authority to resolve complex servicing system issues.

This role offers a pay range between $67,620 to $88,462 annually, based on education and experience, and is an exempt position. The Servicing Systems Managerdirects the System Analysts and oversees staff performing clerical duties related to process improvement, project implementation, and special assignments. This position works closely with Mortgage Servicing leadership, vendors, system providers, and technical support to ensure the effective use of UHC's servicing systems and resources.
