Job summary

ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The role oversees data collection, validation, and the transformation of data into actionable insights to drive performance and strategic decisions.

The Lead will develop dashboards, models, and reports to monitor portfolio performance, forecast outcomes, and guide operational improvements across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience developing analytical models, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of analytical methodologies.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and BI activities for residential loan servicing operations.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor program performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies to support decision-making.
• Perform data quality assurance and address data integrity issues.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Support forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The Data Analytics Lead will serve as a key analytical resource responsible for transforming operational and portfolio data into actionable insights that support program performance, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement.

The position will oversee the full lifecycle of analytics activities, including data collection, validation, quality assurance, analysis, reporting, visualization, and presentation of findings to program leadership and stakeholders.

The Data Analytics Lead will develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models, performance reports, and other business intelligence products used to monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, forecast outcomes, and evaluate operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead data analytics and business intelligence activities supporting residential loan servicing operations.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze large and complex datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor program performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies to support operational decision-making.
• Perform data quality assurance and identify discrepancies or data integrity issues.

• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to identify analytical requirements.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience developing analytical models, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of analytical and statistical methodologies.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Residential mortgage servicing knowledge is a preferred but not required.
