Job summary

ISN is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program in Oklahoma City. You will oversee end-to-end analytics—from data collection and validation to visualization and leadership-ready presentations—driving program performance and continuous improvement.

You will develop dashboards and models, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies for executives and program

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Experience developing analytical models, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of analytical and statistical methodologies.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong communication of complex data to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Residential mortgage servicing knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and BI activities supporting residential loan servicing operations.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor program performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies to support operational decision-making.
• Perform data quality assurance and resolve data integrity issues.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Support forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to identify analytical requirements.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
