Job summary

Precision Garage Door of Central Arkansas in North Little Rock, AR, seeks a Branch Manager with ServiceTitan mastery to lead daily operations, dispatch, inventory, and service workflows.

You will own the platform, drive data hygiene, coach sales reps and technicians, and ensure margin discipline while delivering top‑tier customer satisfaction. A 5+ year leadership background in home services and a Bachelor’s in Business are preferred. This role offers strong compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• CRM proficiency, able to manage dashboards and data cleaning.
• 5+ years of leadership in home‑services operations or branch management.
• Financial acumen to manage costs, pricing, and margins.
• Process‑driven, detail oriented, KPI‑driven accountability.
• Bachelor Degree in Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as in‑house platform champion, drive adoption and data integrity.
• Run day‑to‑day field operations, dispatch, inventory, and logistics.
• Maintain margin discipline through price book accuracy and margins reviews.
• Coach sales reps and technicians to optimize performance.
• Occasionally engage in personal sales to boost volume without competing with front‑line team.
• Coordinate high‑value commercial and builder accounts and manage customer escalations.
