Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Services and Warranty Merchandising Analyst to support curation of Services and Warranty products across omnichannel channels, including e-commerce, retail, and in-home services. The role requires collaboration with peers and leaders in a dynamic environment, with hybrid work on-site in Richfield, MN and remote work Fridays.

You’ll analyze performance, manage offers, and partner with stakeholders to optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment while developing strong vendor

Qualifications

• Basic data analysis with an eye toward problem solving and optimization.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship (no F-1, H-1B, TN, etc.).
• 1 year of experience in merchandise planning, site merchandising, or related business team.
• 1 year of experience communicating and partnering with vendors/3rd party.
• 1 year of experience performing data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and prioritize offers and messages and execute in-store signage, bundles.
• Manage system tools and best practices related to Services and Warranties.
• Execute offer and bundle setup in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Analyze reporting to provide business recommendations on assortment, pricing, promotional planning, customer experience, and vendor management.
• Interact with vendor and cross functional partners on products, pricing and promotional plans.
