Job summary

Best Buy’s Merchandising & Demand Planning Analyst role supports the curation of product categories across our omnichannel business, including e-commerce, retail and in-home sales and services. You’ll work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to deliver business results.

The position offers two start dates in mid-February and mid-June 2026, a hybrid schedule with on-site Monday through Thursday at the Richfield, MN corporate office, and Friday remote.

Qualifications

• Basic data analysis skills and problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Available to start in February or June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Create and prioritize offers; execute in-store signage and bundles.
• Forecasting and demand planning system tools management.
• Execute inventory purchasing with focus on forecasting and vendor partnerships.
• Analyze reports to advise on assortment, pricing, promotions, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with vendors on inventory planning and promotional plans.
