Job summary

Best Buy in Richfield, Minnesota, seeks a Services & Warranty Associate Category Lead to support offer development and renewals management. The role partners with senior managers and cross-functional teams to align customer experience with financial goals.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at the Richfield corporate office four days a week. You will engage with Digital, Legal, and Operations teams to drive category strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail industry experience in merchandising/buying, demand planning, ecommerce, marketing, operations, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities to improve a business or process.
• Experience providing indirect leadership and influencing others.
• Ability to work proactively and execute with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Category Performance and Offer Management: support category strategy and monitor performance weekly/monthly.
• Business Planning and Performance Evaluation: manage health of warranty renewals business and WBR processes.
• Digital Customer Experience: monitor and improve digital experiences with cross-functional partners.
• Financial Forecast and Budgeting: track P&L and develop action plans to meet goals.
• Leadership: influence colleagues and partner with internal/external teams to advance work.
