Your Impact

As a Services Technology & Enablement Program Analyst Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll support programs that improve the tools, technology, processes, and resources that enable Services teams to deliver better customer experience. You’ll work with business and technology partners to help plan and execute initiatives, analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the adoption of new solutions.

This internship will provide hands‑on experience in program management, business analysis, technology enablement, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll gain exposure to how strategic priorities are translated into actionable programs that improve operational efficiency and support scalable business growth.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management, reporting, or data visualization tools is a plus.


• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Interest in technology, program management, business operations, process improvement, or enablement.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.


• Experience managing projects, timelines, or deliverables through coursework, internships, student organizations, or work experience.
