Lowe’s invites you to join our Pro & Services Reporting and Optimization Intern program in Mooresville, NC. You’ll analyze performance metrics, supporting reporting that enhances the Pro customer experience and learn how analytics drives smarter decisions.

This 10‑week summer internship (May 24–July 30) provides hands‑on projects across stores, distribution centers, and the corporate office, with mentorship and opportunities to develop dashboards and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support teams serving Pro customers by analyzing performance metrics.
• Help develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility of KPIs.
• Assist in optimization projects to improve processes and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business goals.
• Gain experience with data visualization, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance Lowe’s Pro customer experience.

What You Will Learn

• Analyze reporting and performance metrics related to Pro & Services business operations.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reports that improve visibility in key performance indicators.
• Support optimization projects to improve processes and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align reporting with business goals.
• Gain experience in data visualization, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the experience of Lowe’s Pro customers.
• Drive sales enablement innovation by optimizing tools and technology to improve efficiency and customer experience for sales teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business partners to gather insights, shape business cases, and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Deliver end‑to‑end solutions by working closely with technology teams to execute, refine, and push products across the finish line into successful adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
• Relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
• Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
