Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services field with related experience.
• License or eligibility (LCSW, MFT) preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of a service coordination team and evaluates performance.
• Hires, trains, directs, and evaluates staff.
• Represent the team and agency in interagency activities and policy development.
• Prepare reports on team activities and budgets.
• Lead team in applying Person Centered practices.
