Job summary

Tri-Counties Regional Center in Atascadero, CA seeks a Service Coordination Manager to direct a team in a person-centered approach and represent the center in the community. You will supervise, hire, train, and evaluate coordinators while ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal standards.

The role requires the ability to travel locally, strong leadership, and knowledge of regional center systems and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services field with 2 years applicable experience in mental health or social work and 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle or equivalent means of transportation.
• Able to travel locally and in-state; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of a service coordination team.
• Represents the service coordination team and the regional center in interagency problem resolution.
• Hires, trains, directs, and evaluates service coordinators.
• Participates in planning and developing agency policies and procedures.
• Manages team within budget guidelines.
