Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human services or a related field.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, supportive connections with individuals served and provide back-up coverage.
• Train Direct Support Professionals on job duties and person-centered care.
• Ensure proper documentation (MAR, T-Logs, ISP data) for compliance.
• Advocate for autonomy, inclusion, and the needs of individuals supported.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules for uninterrupted service.
• Oversee ISP implementation and maintain current, accurate documentation.
